Amsterdam Bar and Cafe is located in the Amsterdam Walk Shopping Area adjacent to Piedmont Park in the Morningside/Midtown/Virginia Highland area near downtown Atlanta. Take Monroe Drive to Amsterdam Avenue, turn west onto Amsterdam Avenue until it dead ends at the rear of the shopping complex. Turn right and park. Amsterdam Bar and Cafe is located at the far north end of the rear side of the building. It can be identified by a large patio which juts out from the main building. This is one of the very few venues in the Midtown area which has more-than-ample free parking.

Recent polling data indicates that this race is winnable, with Martin trailing Chambliss by only 6-7 points. The key to a win, however, is having the funds that will enable Jim Martin to get his message to the public. You can help Jim Martin fund his progressive message to all Georgians by participating in this event. Please put this on your calendars today!

Many thanks for posting this. This will be the third major political event at this venue and it's always a fun place.

Like your blog; to you realize that some people confuse Jim Martin with Jim Marshall. Also your SCHIP coverage of Marshall was informative; can you understand Dems who would like to see him lose for those type votes and dissing Obama.

While you are good Democrat, to some African Americans the Marshall snubbing the ticket is too much.

On our blog Project Logic GA, I have taken a page from the Hillary supporters playbook....PUMBA get it.
